I’m so excited you are wanting to jump on board this opportunity to cultivate our portfolios and collaborate as skillful artists. I am opening up this opportunity to help diversify my own photography portfolio and create a control on the work I want in my portfolio as a makeup artist and control what I want to be hired for. We don’t always get to chose what we want to do, so what better way than create the opportunity for ourselves. Please review the options below and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
Can’t wait to work with you all!
*Note - these collages are for inspiration purposes and shoot style reference. Please do not replicate these looks, but be inspired by them. I would like you to gather a few images for reference once you decide your makeup style focus. This is your vision entirely.
Strong skin focus with minimal color to one statement focus such as lip color, shadow color or fully monochromatic. Hair is minimal and optionally pulled out of the face. The shot is fully lit, close up with no propping or clothing to focus on. All about the face.
Fashion focus merges slight editorial, with small doses in playful features, without completely going editorial. Fashion has a focus on wearable elements in tops, hats, accessories, jewelry and more. Adding more depth to the image. Hair can be styled low key or stylized. Shot will be tight, shoulders up with use of arms to showcase clothing and/or accessories.
The adventurous shot. Strong focus on makeup elements, from organic paint strokes to very defined placement of appliques, color blocking or fantasy contouring and highlighting. The hair can be equally stylized or completely minimal to let the makeup speak. The shot will be tight, fully or dimly lit to your choice and optional color gels used.
Similar to the Beauty focus, a commercial look should be more severely minimal. Think of the no makeup, makeup. Commercial look can play in some clothing or propping. Think Free People ad. Hair can be a little stylized, but living in the real world. The shot will be tight without cropping out clothing features and slightly more playful in posing.

You will receive up to 5 edited images of your look.
Food and beverages will be provided. If you are on any sort of strict diet, please bring some snacks for yourself. We will do our best to have a wide option.
If you need hair support, or can give hair support, please note that in the form below.
